— Manage ORM
— Create regular social listening reports
— Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for social media management and performance marketing

— Ability to provide training support to the team and implement ways of working/processes/schedules to course-correct.
— Strong understanding of social media platforms, performance marketing, and their algorithms. Execution expertise will be preferred.
