Required Experience & Skills
● Experience of 3+ years in field of SEO
● Has a great track record in growing business organically via SEO and other methods
● Building strong off-page presence via creating valuable backlinks, forum posting, submitting into local listing etc
● Expertise in social media marketing and advertising - building strategy, planning and publishing, listening and engagement, Analytics and improving conversions. Should have shown great results in Facebook, Instagram campaigns
● Have sound knowledge of Google Ads campaigns right from understanding the customer/market/competitors, researching the relevant keywords, selecting right audience, optimizing the landing page for maximum conversion
● Strong analytical skills in analysing ad campaigns, A/B testing, tracking user journey via pixels with custom events
● Strong experience in content marketing - understanding customer’s need, content strategy, channels to target, creating brand image, content writing, creating graphics etc
● Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics, SEMRush, UberSuggest etc
● Experience working with keyword tools (Google, WordTracker, Keyword Discovery etc)
● Effective in troubleshooting, SEO and ranking related issues
● Bonus - Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administrations
● Bonus - experience in photoshop/after effects for creating graphics and videos
Responsibilities and Duties
● Grow traffic on company website via organic mediums
● Perform landscape study and complete in-depth audit of Dhanshree Gems which includes advanced technical SEO audit, on-page analysis, competitor analysis, backlink profiling, content GAP analysis, conversion rate analysis, social media presence analysis etc
● Suggest areas for improvement after the audit and roll up the sleeves to implement the strategy
● Perform keyword research to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities
