Job Title: Senior Marketing Manager
Location:- Jharkhand
Experience: Minimum 10 years in healthcare marketing or a related field
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote hospital services and specialties.
Conduct regular field visits to develop referral networks with doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, etc.
Plan and monitor marketing campaigns aligned with the hospital’s goals and KPIs.
Prepare and present regular reports using Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
Monitor and analyze performance through systems such as KRA, KPI, and SOP frameworks.
Coordinate with digital marketing teams/agencies to run and evaluate online campaigns.
Maintain and update records related to leads, outreach, and conversion tracking via CRM.
Build brand awareness in the local market through events, health camps, and targeted outreach.
Represent the hospital professionally in community and industry events.
Requirements & Skill
Gender: Male
Education: Bachelor's degree (MBA in Marketing or Healthcare Management preferred)
Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and report generation
Working knowledge of CRM software and online marketing platforms
Familiar with KPI/KRA/SOP frameworks
Language: Must be fluent in Hindi and English
Mobility: Must have own bike or vehicle and be willing to travel locally for fieldwork
