➢ Overall responsibility for purchasing activities.
➢ Should have experience of Construction Project.
➢ Should aware about the local vendors.
➢ Ensure that purchasing strategies and processes are in place to meet business
objectives and operational needs in terms of price, quality and delivery targets, which
enables the company to function and compete effectively in the market.
➢ Procurement of all materials related to building construction.
➢ Liaoning with all project heads to keep updated for requirement.
➢ Vendor management, rate analyses, managing payments for them etc.
➢ Tracking & on time delivery of material.
➢ Knowledge of ERP System.
➢ Research and evaluate areas of opportunity and reduce costs where possible.
➢ Negotiate contract terms with key suppliers to ensure value for money, quality
standards, and delivery terms with technical and operational input from stakeholders
if appropriate.
➢ Seek partners with reliable vendors and suppliers.
➢ Research and evaluate areas of opportunity and reduce costs where possible
