Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to join our growing team. As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in leading and motivating a high-performing team, ensuring operational efficiency, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
�� Lead, mentor, and inspire a team to achieve individual and collective goals.
�� Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
�� Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
�� Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance overall efficiency.
�� Set clear performance expectations and KPIs for team members.
�� Regularly assess team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
�� Collaborate with the sales and client services teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
�� Identify training needs and facilitate skill development programs for team members.
�� Generate and analyze performance reports, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management.
�� Contribute to strategic decision-making based on data-driven insights.

Experience	2 - 5 Years
Salary	3 Lac To 5 Lac P.A.
