Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both traditional and digital marketing, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team while working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote products, services, and the brand.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
Collaborate with design and content teams to produce creative marketing materials.
Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and optimize accordingly.
Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to deliver high-impact campaigns.
Conduct in-depth market research to understand consumer behavior, trends, and competitor strategies.
Maintain and strengthen brand identity and positioning in the competitive landscape.
Plan and manage promotional events, in-store activities, and advertising campaigns.
Coordinate with vendors and partners for co-branded marketing initiatives.
Prepare and manage the marketing budget effectively.
Analyze marketing and sales data to drive decisions and improve ROI.
