Job Title: Receptionist (Female Only)
Location: Rashbehari Avenue Kolkata
Salary: ‚¹15,000 €“ ‚¹16,000 per month (In Hand)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Gender Preference: Female Only
Age Limit: Up to 35 years
Experience Required:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Receptionist
Educational Qualification:
Graduate or equivalent (preferred)
Skills & Requirements:
Fluency in English (mandatory)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Computer proficiency including:
MS Word, MS Excel
Email drafting & communication
Internet browsing & online searches
Printing and document handling
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and inquiries
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, etc.)
Maintain the reception area and ensure a neat, presentable environment
Assist in daily administrative and clerical tasks
Schedule appointments and maintain visitor logs
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth front-office operations
