Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The role involves engaging with healthcare professionals, providing accurate product information, and supporting them with effective solutions during surgical procedures. The ideal candidate will have a science or pharmacy background, strong selling skills, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships that drive growth and market presence.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
Provide accurate and effective communication to existing and prospective customers regarding products and their applications in various stages of surgical procedures.
Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to increase satisfaction, loyalty, and confidence in the company as a trusted partner.
Collect field-level data and provide valuable market insights as required.
Identify customer needs, present appropriate solutions, and close sales calls to achieve territory sales targets.
Support and execute market creation initiatives under the guidance of the company’s Account Manager.
Ensure effective distribution management and maintain strong coordination with channel partners.
Skills & Qualification :
Self-motivated with a proactive approach
Graduation Completed in B.SC, B.Pharma , D.Pharma.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong core selling skills with the ability to achieve targets
Good customer relationship management (CRM) skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
