To maximize business development and brand identification, strategically plan all marketing actions (included below) through planning, sourcing, executing, and reviewing. Place the brand identity in stakeholders' minds in a way that is consistent with the long-term vision and brand personality, the candidate holding this role will need to create a marketing pull toward the company's products.

Performance measurable will include lead funnel size and growth, lead conversion ratio, brand visibility online and offline, SEO rating, execution and feedback of BTL activities, ROI from BTL activities, ROI from digital marketing spends, ROI and CBA from execution of promotional schemes and sales force feedback on marketing support.
In order to support the necessary branding, marketing, and lead generation activities, the candidate will need to develop and review a marketing plan with management, along with the marketing budget, and manage a team of BTL executives/managers, digital marketing managers, designers, vendors, and contractors.
