• Monitor outstanding payments and ensure **timely collections**.

• Track territory performance and take corrective actions to achieve sales objectives.
###  Candidate Requirements
• Graduate with **3-6 years of experience in Automotive / Auto Spare Parts Sales**.
• Strong experience in **dealer & distributor handling** and territory management.
• Good understanding of **primary/secondary sales and market development**.
• Excellent **communication, negotiation & relationship-management skills**.
• Target-oriented with strong business development capabilities.
• Willingness to **travel extensively within the assigned territory**.
