Description
1. Execute research surveys, feedback collection, specific insight generation questionnaires, and any on-field data or VOC as required by the marketing and Professional Educational teams from time-to-time
2. Initiate and plan Market Development activities aligned to marketing and sales objectives as well as execute the same along with the Sales team
Relevant and interesting scientific agenda
Faculty and attendees as per specified selection criteria
Activity reports and necessary coordination with the EISEs wherever reqd.
3. Faculty engagement - Engage with respective faculty on a regular basis and be responsible for all necessary documentation w.r.t. the agreements/honorariums etc.
4. Elicit feedback from important KOLs around the content requirements before important interventions like MEPs, SoTM, etc
5. Post-activity follow-ups and feedback gathering from the attendees around the content and delivery of the modules
6. Facilitate the team members for dissemination on infection prevention and wound management practices to the paramedical customers (OT staff, nurses, ward staff)
7. Product & Procedure training for the identified new joiners/low-performing sales team members, which would also include a joint field working with these identified individuals.

Age: Up to 35 years
Note: This role is a mix of sales + marketing + training. Prof. Ed. is mainly responsible for arranging for the faculties (experienced surgeons) who can give lectures on Market Development Activities (Workshops conducted in nursing homes).
