1. Source, Recruit & Mobilize Manpower & Supervisors as per Client Requirement.
2. Handle Supervisor and Guide Them to Deliver 100% Service Excellence Deliverance At Client Units.
3. Ensure Client Relation and Retention with 0% Termination.
4. Sourcing of Manpower as and When Required By Client in the Existing Sites.
5. Maintaining Good Relationship with the Client for Smooth Operational Functions.
6. Ensure Quality Manpower are Delivered.
7. Initial Screening (includes Mandatory Document Validation) and Profiling of Candidates Prior to Interview By the Clients.
8. Ensure all the Invoices are Submitted Before 5th of Every Month.
9. Weekly Meeting with the Clients to Take Feedback On Quality of Service.
10. Reporting to Branch Head.
