1. Incumbent will be responsible for the following task/ Activities:
2. Screening resumes and interviewing candidates, interview scheduling, & administering tests.
3. Following up with candidates for interview scheduling and on-boarding.
4. Participates in the interview process and recommends final applicant
5. Ensures complete recruitment and selection process
6. Knowledge and understanding of other Hr functions would be an added advantage.
7. Fix target for every month in coordination with client.
8. Monthly recruitment plan from 1st day of the month.
9. Making plan for recruitment through Media / Social Media / SMS / WhatsApp and personal references.
10. Number of Walk-Ins generated.
11. Communicating and coordinating with candidates and filling Application Forms
12. Preliminary selection criteria based on individual client requirement.
13. Share detail with client after preliminary selection.
14. Coordinate for final interview with client.
15. Medical report Share daily report recruitment progress.
