The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed bringing right talent as per the timelines.
Sourcing and screening resumes, Head hunting
Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
liaising with interviewers and following up on the interview process status
Engaging with shortlisted and prospective candidates
Keeping the selected candidates warm till Joining
Negotiate compensation, extend offers, and solicit referrals
Maintain database and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
Any Bachelors / Masters (bachelors or masters in computers will be preferred)
Relevant experience of at-least 2 years in Domestic IT & Non-IT recruiting at all levels from junior executive to senior level positions. Fresher also apply

6 months of probation period.
Working Days : Monday-Saturday (Saturday Half Day).
Working Timings: 10 am to 7 pm (9 hours per day including break of 1 hour).
