Handle baking, decoration, plating and presentation of products. Ensure consistent taste, quality and presentation as per standards. Manage daily production and maintain proper hygiene and food safety. Maintain stock of ingredients and coordinate with the kitchen team. Train and guide junior bakery/pastry staff when required. Qualification & Skills: Strong knowledge of bakery and pastry techniques. Good skills in cake decoration, breads, desserts and chocolate work. Creativity and attention to detail.
